SHIPPING UPDATE

Greetings Warcasters,
All rewards bound for international backers have been packed and will be picked up by Tuesday of next week to make their journey's to their fulfillment destinations. At the last minute, we managed get a favorable quote on our UK shipment and paid a little extra to send it by air, so that will cut way down on the remaining wait time for our backers in the UK and EU.
Next week, domestic U.S. orders will be getting packed and shipped. We'll be shipping in two waves: first, the Thousand Worlds books will go out via media mail. Using media mail helped us keep the shipping cost as low as possible for you on an otherwise weighty tome. Once all the books have gone out, the rest of the rewards will start shipping. Because the second wave uses a faster service, it is possible, depending on when your book shipped and when your models ship, that your model shipment could overtake your book delivery by a couple days. So if your models arrive first and your book hasn't shown up, don't panic! We'll be able to check tracking numbers to verify everything is still in transit.
So, U.S. backers, be on the lookout for tracking numbers later next week. We'll post an update when the books start shipping and at that time should be able to forecast a timeline for delivery.

SHIPPING HAS BEGUN!

Shipping of the Thousand Worlds rewards has begun. International bulk orders and 'rest of world' will go out first, as they have the longest transit time. Rewards going to Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU or non-EU Europe must first go by ocean freight to the fulfillment services that will handle local shipping. So there's a bit of time before they will receive the shipment and you won't receive a tracking number until they have created local shipping labels at their location. Similarly, backers in Canada will not receive a tracking number until the bulk shipment is received and processed by the fulfillment service there.
Once all International orders are on the way, we'll begin shipping domestic U.S. orders.
We'll keep you posted on the progress of all of the various shipments. But we're in the home stretch!

Greetings Warcasters,
Progress continues on the manufacturing and packing of the Thousand Worlds rewards. The warehouse is filling up with packed cadre boxes as the last few parts are being made.
We also were able to add to our production staff this week which is helping to accelerate progress.
We're always hesitant to give exact dates because a bad round of flu or an unexpected power outage could have a dramatic effect on our production capacity, but right now, it's looking like our international freight shipments could start going out in about two weeks. Once the pallets are loaded, I'll be able to provide a more accurate shipping date. But we're getting close!

Work continues on the Thousand Worlds miniatures production. Unfortunately, we have been running at less than 100% capacity as we fought back waves of illness through the past two months and we are not quite where we had hoped we'd be by this point. Everyone is working to get the new minis made as quickly as possible, but it looks like we'll need most of March to complete production. Our team anticipates sending out the international freight by the end of the month, and after that, domestic U.S. orders should ship quickly on their heels.
We'll update you when we have shipping dates for everything headed to our international fulfillment services. Until then, thank you for your continued patience and support.

Our production team is working hard to cast all of the models for the Thousand Worlds rewards. Bins of metal are filling up in preparation to be sorted into packaging.
Our current estimate is that shipping should begin next month. In one-to-two weeks, we should have a more accurate picture of what the fulfillment timeline looks like and will update you at that time.
